As we head into the winter months it’s very important to stay grounded so we can be the best version of ourself and show up for others fully recharged and ready to go.  Below are a few tips on how to ground yourself during the winter months.

1. Earthing to Stay Grounded

Staying grounded during the winter months is very important for your mind, body, and soul. One of the easiest ways to ground and connect with the earth’s energy is by practicing “earthing.”  Walk barefoot on grass or soil IF not too cold outside, even if briefly, to ground yourself and promote a sense of balance during the winter months.  You can learn more about earthing here.

Another way to stay grounded during winter months is to create a grounding ritual with warm aromatherapy baths.  Add essential oils like cedarwood, frankincense, or lavender to the water providing a soothing experience for the mind and body.  Light non toxic candles or spray a wash cloth with our Relax Linen spray with lavender and bergamot essential oils and keep near by to help set the tone.  Breathe in the oils to help you relax and carve out time to really enjoy this moment of peace.
